Some of the best games are free to download during Prime Day, including GRID Legends, a racing game that was just released in March, and Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, a remastered collection of the classic sci-fi trilogy.
Through July 13, Prime Day 2022 is making more than 30 games available for free. Amazon's Prime Gaming program usually lets Prime members claim a few free PC games and downloadable rewards each month, so this is a big offering. These free downloads will only stick around for a few days, with most becoming unavailable immediately after Prime Day ends
In addition to Mass Effect and GRID Legends, the other notable titles are Need for Speed Heat, three retro Star Wars titles (Jedi Knight — Jedi Academy, Jedi Knight II — Jedi Outcast, and Republic Commando), and the arcade throwback Metal Slug 2.
Most games can be downloaded via the Amazon Games app on PC, but a few like GRID Legends and Mass Effect use the Origin app from Electronic Arts. You'll have to check the specifications of each game to see if your PC is compatible. See below for details on how to claim the games.

How to get free games during Amazon Prime Day
Twitch- Log in to Prime Gaming using your Amazon Prime credentials.
- Filter to Prime Day.
- Click "Claim" on any games you're interested in, or all of them. They're free!
- Download or open the game's required launcher — it's specified when you click into each game's listing.
- If you're using the Amazon Games launcher, your games should be ready for download. If you're using a different launcher (like Legendary Games), copy the game key from Prime Gaming to start your download.
