Uganda to begin nationwide distribution of biometric ID cards to citizens

 

National Identification Registration Authority of Uganda (NIRA)says it will start a cross country measure on 23 November to disseminate computerized ID cards to a portion of its residents who have effectively applied for the record and selected their biometrics yet will be yet to get them after creation.
